ODM is an original design manufacturer meaning a factory that both designs and manufactures a product as specified and eventually rebranded by another company for sale.

ODM allows the branding company to produce without having to engage in the organization or running of a factory. In this case, ODM owns and/or designs in-house the products that are branded by the buying company.

ODM projects normally involve multiple checking points during the design and manufacturing process, like the below process.

OEM is an original equipment manufacturer meaning a factory that does not involve in the engineering design of a product but only manufacturing by following instructions from another company. Without having to engage in the organization or running of a factory, we produce products with your brand per your standards. In this case, OEM does not own any design documentation.

For OEM projects, we could start with the below process.

• The product has 6 months warranty after shipment except for human factors.
• All the products are strictly checked before packing to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
• In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
• The buyer is responsible for the shipping of returns and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
